To avoid any confusion, the buyer has decided not to take the name "Mitrionics" until after the original company has been fully shut down.

The buyer is committed to the continued technical and commercial development of the the Mitrion platform and continues with the same business offerings as before. The current goal is to complete a transition with minimal negative impact from customers' point of view.
